Today Techson’s Customer Support Resource includes over 30 fully-trained technicians and engineers in 4 local supporting centers as Hong Kong, Shanghai, Shengzhen and Macau to provide on-site support. Each location will offer full maintenance services and local technical support for our regional customers.

Our professionals will plan, design, develop, implement and support enterprise systems with multiple platform systems and software applications. Techson’s experiences enable us to provide Enterprise System Support Services to companies with small to large Systems infrastructure.

Techson Technical Help Desk Rental Service provides completely scaleable, single point of contact for all IT services and supporting requests.
Whether the problem is hardware or software related, our support professionals will determine the source of the problem and work to provide a quick solution.

1.3 PC Maintenance and Networking Service
Our maintenance service are based on site-by-site support, it includes dedicated, specialist trained and supported on-site technicians supporting the different platform and all aspects of trouble shooting and immediate fault resolution.

1.4 Videoconferencing Equipment Maintenance
We provide on-site diagnostics and repair for the videoconferencing systems and even can give consultation to customer’s local and remote staff to solve equipment or network related problems.

1.5 Proprietary Printer Maintenance
Techson owns more than 5 years of experiences on the maintenance of IER and Fujitsu ATB printers. Since 1998, we have been appointed as the sole Level One Supporter in Hong Kong and Macau by IER who is the world leader in ticketing and access control systems for air, rail and sea transportation networks, to provide the maintenance service for IER ATB printers.
